After the insurance was taken care of I was so busy that buying a car was something I really had no time for, but is a process that is must be given the necessary time allotment. Upon walking onto he lot I was greeted by a salesman named Lennon. He was very informative, sincere, and did not pressure me or my mother who had come driven me there. My mother hates being pressured, and car dealerships, and car sales in general. But my mother believe or not (I almost didn't), actually was not completely miserable. In fact she seemed to be having a pleasant time. Len diligently looked for a car that suited my needs and request, even though I didn't make it easy. We left the dealership that night and I woke up the next day with a text from Len (on his day off) telling me he had found my car - which in retrospect was the truth. I went in later that and was taken care of by another salesman named Alex who was equally genuine and honest. I left the next day with my new Honda Civic and I couldn’t be happier. Len, Alex, and the Bianchi team are a testament to the fact that there are still assiduous workers in the car business, and that buying a new vehicle can be an experience based on honesty, respect, and satisfaction.
