He went above and beyond to make the car I bought perfect! I asked for 4 new tires to be placed on the vehicle, and he got them replaced with an even BETTER quality tire. He also got me a brand new inspection, all fluids changed and certified the car too! He explained all the features of the car, and made sure I was happy with everything. I will recommend him and return to see him for future car purchases. Thank you Henry !!!!!! Mike and Brandon were very nice and pleasant for the Finance portion of my deal too! More

Ripped off I am a disabled woman on a fixed income and was looking for a 4WD vehicle to get around in and visit my Daughter who's moving out of state. Just stop I am a disabled woman on a fixed income and was looking for a 4WD vehicle to get around in and visit my Daughter who's moving out of state. Just stopped on night to look around, no Escapes at that time, so we test drove a CRV, even took it to our mechanic who said it was a solid vehicle. Went back up with intention on getting the CRV, there was an Escape now for sale, loved it, was told it was 4WD, signed papers took it home in Saturday, called to insure it on Monday. It was from the Insurance company we found out it was not a 4WD but a FWD. Can't exactly drive it in the snow, called Bianchi, sure come up and get the CRV, got there and it was sold!! Long story short, we are now stuck with this useless Escape, and since we've written bad reviews, and posted our experience on FB they have " washed their hands of us" all we wanted was our money back. What should have been an exciting time has turned into misery, and the owner only spoke to him when we were buying from them, since we've been trying to resolve this, he's never there and won't return phone calls! More
