When you see the owner, Jason, ensuring that every single customer in that building is happy and taken care of, it does make you feel valued as a customer because he didn’t just pick and choose to come over and talk with one person he interacted with all of us and we found it special and refreshingly different. We enjoyed to see employees taking sincere pride in their place of work. We heard from multiple employees how happy they were to be working at Bianchi Honda and were all able to acknowledge that they know they are treated well and the dealership is set apart from others they had worked for. From Oil Change to New Car in hours. This past Monday I took my 2015 CR-V in for oil change and state inspection. While waiting I spoke to Bill Donor , he had sold me a new 2011 and my 2 This past Monday I took my 2015 CR-V in for oil change and state inspection. While waiting I spoke to Bill Donor , he had sold me a new 2011 and my 2015 CR-V. I said my wife had liked the Molten Lava color on the 2017 CR-V. Bill said he had one, so I drove it and concluded the 2017 had many new features over my 2015. Bill gave me a reasonable offer and I countered with a few add ons and an out the door price. After review with my wife I called Bill and said if you can give me the add ons and out the door price, we will buy. A few minutes later Bill called and said it is a deal. A pretty painless process and our third CR-V from Bianchi. We got a hand shake and congrats from Jason Porreco who remembered us from prior deals. More
