A bit has to do with how they are structured, but that's not the reason for this post... My sales associate was Henry Aldrete and I could not have been happier with his service. The experience was incredibly easy and I felt like I was being sincerely taken care of the entire time. The sales manager is willing to work with you to find what you want and is quite flexible. I've got my Nissan Altima 2015 with 21,000 miles on it, including warranty (5 years/100,000 miles), everyday washing services), one free oil change for a great deal! I will buy vehicles again and again from Bianchi. More

Not only did I get to see all the colors in person, but my salesperson, Josh Elliot, was so enthusiastic and helpful that I drove away with a new 2018 the next day. Love the safety improvements! My only complaint is that it took 4 1/2 hours to get to that end point. Surprising when you know what you want. In their defense, it was very busy and most of our time the second day was waiting around for people to become available, so don't try to finish up on a Saturday morning. More

Top Notch Dealership, Unlike Any Other Last weekend I sent out emails to multiple dealerships explaining what I had to trade and what vehicle I wanted to purchase, a 2018 Honda Ridgeline. Last weekend I sent out emails to multiple dealerships explaining what I had to trade and what vehicle I wanted to purchase, a 2018 Honda Ridgeline. All dealerships responded immediately with the usual low ball offer for my trades and full retail for the Ridgeline. I had 2 vehicles to trade, and it seemed the dealerships sensed desperation and wanted to steal the trades. I was fortunate enough to connect with Ernie Dance at Bianchi Honda, who encouraged me to come in, promising I wouldn't be disappointed. Bianchi is more than 100 miles from my home in Cranberry Twp., but I took him up on the offer. Boy, am I glad I did! What a professional! We had a deal within 15 minutes of my arrival. Ernie listened to what I wanted and he delivered. No back and forth dickering. He hit a "home run on his first at bat". I got a great deal on the Ridgeline and received what I wanted on both my trades. It's a busy dealership, so don't expect to be sitting around with no activity. Employees are very busy and they move a lot of cars. They even worked out the details on the financing with my personal credit union with a rate of 1.49% with a 3 year term. I couldn't be happier! Ask for Ernie Dance and I am sure you won't be disappointed. He is a great sales rep and represents the very best in Bianchi Honda! More
