I can't express how much of a help Henry was in explaining every little detail to my mother and I. He also was very good in relating to my situation and accommodating. Third Car Purchased at Bianchi I've been frustrated in the past by car sales associates who don't listen when I tell them what is important to me in a car, and try to pressure me in I've been frustrated in the past by car sales associates who don't listen when I tell them what is important to me in a car, and try to pressure me into buying what they have on the lot. This is not the case at Bianchi; if they don't have it, they work to find it for you. Each time we purchased a car here, the staff has been helpful and respectful. We put over 200,000 miles on the Civic before it died, and would still be driving the last Fit (10 years and 160,000 miles) if it hadn't been totaled hitting a deer. (And not a bruise on me.) Thank you, Bill Donor and Jamar Gregory at Bianchi Honda for making buying a car something we don't have to dread. More

However, we had some cosmetic concerns about this used automobile. Antonio assured us that they could take care of our concerns. They addressed our requests and we are very satisfied with the results! We are grateful that the staff at Bianchi Honda were willing to hear our concerns and meet our expectations. I am sure that not all dealerships would work with us the way that the staff at Bianchi did. Antonio was awesome! When it came time to complete the finance paperwork, we were introduced to Mike Mobilia. He had all of the paperwork ready to go and answered our questions clearly. It was a very efficient, simple process! Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Bianchi Honda.
