My wife and I knew what model, trim, and colors we wanted before contacting Bianchi. With their amazing amount of inventory we assumed they would be able to quickly secure one. We had adequately did our research and knew what we were willing to pay. Instead of the 2+ hour trip, I decided to make a phone call to get a feel for whether it would be worth a trip to Erie. I made contact with Scot Schoembs in sales and the banter back and forth turned positive quite quickly and we were able to agree on a deal. Purchasing over the phone was a first for us in our 42 years of owning Hondas and was the most pleasant purchasing experience for us. We appreciate the no pressure, no deceptions or games we had experienced in the past at other dealerships. Henry Aldrete kept us informed of their hunt for our vehicle and I enjoyed his prompt and courteous responses. On the delivery day we went up to do the paperwork, we met Scot in person and found him to be exceptionally personable and knowledgeable of our 2025 Pilot Elite as he thoroughly went over it with us. Brandon Kemmer handled the paperwork and was very polite and professional. Incidently, this was our second purchase from Bianchi with the first back in 2007. Some sales folk still there from those days so they are loaded with years of experience! More
I leased my 2022 Honda Civic from Bianchi Honda and since moving an hour and 20 min from this area I still find myself traveling, yes an hour and 20min! to come back to this dealership specifically, for any moving an hour and 20 min from this area I still find myself traveling, yes an hour and 20min! to come back to this dealership specifically, for any Maintanence I’ve needed. The main reason for that is their amazing customer service! I tried going to other Honda dealerships that were closer to me but I was met with terrible Customer service. And I’m the type of person that will choose not to bring my business there again and travel further to get that good customer service because it matters how your greeted, and treated throughout your experience there! And today was another confirmation why it’s worth coming all this way! I came in for an inspection and oil change originally, then became aware of a safety recall that was needed to be addressed. When I pulled into the garage I was met by Henry Sullivan with a warm smile and kind demeanor, which made me feel really comfortable from the beginning. He was so patient with me, making sure everything was accounted for and explained the safety recall issues that would be looked at while it was there as well. I had a few Honda coupons emailed to me recently and he helped advise me which would be most beneficial for today’s visit because I could only use one, which again, was great customer service! While I was waiting, he made sure to check on me periodically and update me on the progress of the work being done which I greatly appreciated, and is just good customer service! Once everything was completed, he sat next to me and explained everything that was done that I came in for, as well as my overall “health” let’s say of my car with the details of battery performance which is particularly important going into winter, tire depth and breaks ( which was good to know as well because he explained why I didn’t need a tire rotation at the time, which hello, anyone likes to hear they don’t need an extra expense thing done on their vehicle!) After explaining everything, he walked me to the checkout counter. Where again I was met by another person with a warm smile and kindness! I unfortunately didn’t get her name, which I regret not being able to put in here! but she has beautiful long light blond curly hair which was in a ponytail today, and maybe in her 20’s I want to say…. She was so sweet and kind, again great customer service even in a place that you are only there for a few minutes paying is important! Once I was done there, I walked back out to the garage area to find my car, which was on the far end. Henry then walked me over to my car and handed me the keys, as apposed to just handing them to me at checkout to just have me spot it out and find on my own when I got out there which again was a massive high end customer service quality which just completed the whole appointment with a fantastic overall experience! We had the pleasure of working with & purchasing a SUV from salesman Steven Kehl II & completed finance paperwork with John Northrop. The whole staff was friendly & pretty festive for a Auto dealership! Everyone really seemed to be in good spirits. The attention to detail was exceptional all my questions were answered & I got a smokin' deal! The service dept thoroughly & quickly detailed the vehicle. We we're in & out in a couple hours, Bianchi Honda will be the first place I look for my next vehicle. More
I bought my last car, a 2011 Honda Accord in 2014 from Bianchi Honda. It was a great experience and I felt I was in capable hands. Upgraded to a 2024 Honda Prologue and John Woodruff who had helped my wif Bianchi Honda. It was a great experience and I felt I was in capable hands. Upgraded to a 2024 Honda Prologue and John Woodruff who had helped my wife lease a CR-V, made the whole process painless and anxiety-free. This is my first EV and John's knowledge and mirth made switching from an ICE vehicle to an EV painless. The trade-in with my Accord felt fair and overall, the financial aspect was sensible and I was presented with a lot of options to fit our specific needs. Would recommend John Woodruff at Bianchi. (See you in 2027!) More
