They won't give you a loaner for a recall. The service writer making the appointment was rude. Dropping off, the service writer inside wouldn't open the door to take my vehicle in altho they w The service writer making the appointment was rude. Dropping off, the service writer inside wouldn't open the door to take my vehicle in altho they were supposed to be open. There were 3 employees outside checking in cars, not one word. This was my first visit and it was shocking how unconcerned they were with my business. I have a 5 year old Honda, you'd assume they'd be looking for a reason to get me in a new one trading in, or at least upselling maintenance work. Nope. I think they win best car place solely from selling the info left on forms from customers. It was really a disappointment especially on how hard they sell themselves as "number one, tri-state region". More

They never called me to let me know my car was ready for pick up. I had to call them an hour before they closed to find out I could get my car, so I’m assuming they just never would have called that day at pick up.
