The price was also $2,000 cheaper than the lowest Cleveland area dealer, and $8,000 cheaper than Great Lakes Honda in particular. Bianchi DOES force you to buy a $500 mat package, but do NOT force a $1,500 purchase of "Surface Science" like most Cleveland area dealers. If you need winter mats anyway, it isn't a big deal. 10/10 experience, thanks Bianchi. More

He was not prepared causing a significant delay, when I finally did meet with him I felt a great deal of unnecessary pressure to purchase extra services, I really didn’t want them but I finally agreed just so I could get back to my office, which was an hour late. I resent the sales pressure and for that reason I would be hesitant to recommend if that’s the new policy. More
