After our vehicle was totaled, we reached out online about getting another SUV. I leased a Honda Civic years ago and was really happy with the car and service and wanted to come back. I was contacted ve about getting another SUV. I leased a Honda Civic years ago and was really happy with the car and service and wanted to come back. I was contacted very quickly by Nadia who got me in contact with Josh about the HR-V we were interested in. Given the current market, I believe we were given a really fair price and put a deposit on the car the same day. When it came time to pick up the car, Josh was really great and showed us everything with the car. Jamar got us through the signing quickly, but took the time to go over everything and explain what each form was for. I was really grateful for that since I had a previous dealer try to sneak in extras without showing me any actual paperwork for it to understand what was going on. We were in and out within about a half hour, but felt very well taken care of while we were there and that everything was well explained throughout the entire process. Quick and painless! Everyone was very pleasant as well! I'm really excited to be back with Honda again. More

The communication was poor. The vehicle we purchased was scheduled for delivery in a few weeks. The vehicle price increased $570 dollars in the 3 weeks. We placed a down payment The vehicle we purchased was scheduled for delivery in a few weeks. The vehicle price increased $570 dollars in the 3 weeks. We placed a down payment to lock in 1.9 finance rate. It was explained they made a mistake and would not honor the rate promise. We got 2.9 percent. They admitted it was their problem. I asked if there was any discount to the bed cover or window shades we purchased. They were not willing to negotiate. They said it was unusual times. I had sold both of my vehicles out rite. I had no vehicle to drive. If I still had a vehicle I would have walked out. They did offer a discount on a maintenance agreement. I believe the maintenance agreements are foolish and did not purchase any. Their comment was the would live with a bad review. This is the 1st review I have done. I want to say I was very disappointed but I am not bitter. The Honda Ridgeline I bought is fantastic. Robin Orr More
