I had a pleasant experience transitioning over from leasing to purchasing my new CRV. Dan even played along with me naming the new red gal, "Ruby!" and taking photos with her! He helped me through th leasing to purchasing my new CRV. Dan even played along with me naming the new red gal, "Ruby!" and taking photos with her! He helped me through the entire process of picking the exact car I wanted with the right price too! And he is such a pleasant guy. Now Ruby and I are both so happy! More
My wife bought her Honda Accord from Ted Rau in 2009 and it's still running today (206,000+ miles). When we decided to buy another car, we went to Ted again. He made the process positive and took the time it's still running today (206,000+ miles). When we decided to buy another car, we went to Ted again. He made the process positive and took the time to talk to us about the different cars and show us the car features. Thank you to everyone for guiding us through the new car purchase. More

I went in to just have an idea of what I was looking for. I wanted to test drive a few cars, see what the numbers would be, and go home to talk it over with my boyfriend and compare numbers and such. Before I wanted to test drive a few cars, see what the numbers would be, and go home to talk it over with my boyfriend and compare numbers and such. Before I knew it, I was in the finance office signing paperwork. I was told what the first three documents were when I was signing until I realized what was happening. So, I stopped signing and stated I did not want to buy a car today and just wanted to see what the numbers were. I was then told by Mike Mobillia (finance guy) that wasn’t why I was in the office and what they could do in order to get me into the car. The salesman I dealt with, Brad, had stated I could make a $50 refundable deposit down to hold the car for the next day if I wanted to. I stated to Mike M that was exactly what I was willing to do. He stated it was up to the Sales Manager. The Sales Manager (Mike Clement) then came in and stated he would not do the deposit for me as the car could sell as fast as tomorrow and that I would be missing out on a great deal and they can promise it won’t be here very long. Mike M and Mike C then began throwing numbers and such my way. I felt like I was under so much pressure, in such a high stressful situation for me, and so intimidated by the guys and the way they were talking to me. I stated multiple times I wanted to go home and discuss my options with my boyfriend, Nick. I said he gets off work at 6pm tomorrow and we could come right away. I was then told “do you really need his permission?” and proceeded to tell me they were only open until 6pm so that would not work. Come to find out, they were actually open until 8pm that day and I could have ABSOLUTELY come in the next day with my boyfriend. Once I started signing again, the Finance guy had his fingers on the corners of the pages ready to flip to the next page each time I was signing. I felt I had no time to really look over the paperwork and he stopped going over what I was signing (such as NO GRACE PERIOD on the vehicle). I was crying while signing paperwork and no one said a thing. When I was leaving, everyone was trying to convince me I had done “a good thing” and “gotten a good deal”. I felt awful leaving that dealership. Once I left the dealership, I called my mom crying over the fact I was just tricked and pressured into signing for a vehicle I wasn’t even sure about in the first place. She then called not even an hour after I had left (6:45pm) and stated we wanted to bring it back and get my car back and scrap the deal. They stated there was nothing they could do and it was now my car. My mother stated we would go to the dealership in person the very next day. I called the dealership at 6:55am the next day before they even opened leaving a voicemail that I did not want to purchase the vehicle and I wanted my car back and to please not go through with the deal. Mike Clement then called me and told me there is nothing we can do and I should have brought it back the night I got it (but at the time was told that there was nothing they can do). So, I had a meeting with my boyfriend and Mike Clement on Tuesday, June 21st and I was given 4 options, but none of them were for my benefit. All I want, is a clean break from this car that was “purchased” and I want my car back for the amount that was paid off by the dealership. I feel as though I was swindled and pressured into this deal and this purchase and I absolutely want my car back without these $2000 in fees and such as we called the very same night saying we didn’t want to go through with the deal. I have spoken with other people regarding this issue and they’ve had the same thing happen to them if not worse. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS!!! More
