I don't write a lot of reviews, but this is a exception. Let me start by saying the "atmosphere" of Bianchi Honda is not fast pace," in-your-face", "I'm sending in the closer" style. Cordial, relaxed, "I'm truly glad to have you visiting our house....YES." Our Sales contact Vinnie G, Inviting, knowledgeable, and a great sense of humor. Our Sales Manager Josh Elliot.....a Prince of a man (wanted to sit down and have a beer with him!!!) is the Bianchi Teams "Most Valuable Player" award winner. And Lennon Askew Business Manager we wanted to "adopt." "Icing on the cake" OWNER: Jason Porreco came by after the sale, to make sure we were being treated right.(try to find that any where else!) Our appointment was for 11am. We showed up a little early (10:35.) was greeted promptly. Test drive, deal offers and acceptance, to business office for signing of paperwork, going over new vehicle for seamless operation and off the lot with our New 2024 Ridgeline, by 2:30pm. We've been consulting Dan for all our Honda needs for the past seven years, and he has always been an incredible resource. When it came time for me to purchase my first dream car, the Honda Civic Hatchback ( past seven years, and he has always been an incredible resource. When it came time for me to purchase my first dream car, the Honda Civic Hatchback (still a beut) there was no doubt in my mind that Dan was the right person to guide me through the process. From the start, he has always been friendly, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right vehicle. He consistently provides us with all the information we need, ensures we get the best deals, and makes the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We were initially considering a Toyota RAV4, but Dan’s expertise and dedication made us reconsider. Knowing my preference for drivability, he immediately pointed us toward the CR-V. What stood out even more was that he remembered, after seven years, that I preferred turbocharged engines! He took us on a test drive, thoroughly explaining all the bells abd whistles, his knowledge and attention to detail made the decision easy. More
