I bought a car from this dealership before and they were outstanding two years ago so when my mother needed a car we returned to them. The people at Bezema make you feel like you are one of the family and do not look at you like a number. They went above and beyond to help my mother get a vehicle. It was a case where she did not just want to have a car but needed a car to get to and from work and can no longer take public transportation because of a physical disability due to breathing issues. I plan on bringing my daughters to them when they are going to get a car and also will refer friends and family to the people of Bezema Motors. Also when my mother was approved they did not just give a handshake but gave us a hug to congradulate us a they always do when they greet us when we go for service of my own car. The overall experience was long due to an issue with the title and I was to the point where I couldnt wait and was ready to back out of the deal... Upon purchasing a used vehicle with a trade, we entered into an agreement for a certain price that was accepted and met with the sales person but then when it got to financing, the numbers had changed sign into an agreement for a certain price that was accepted and met with the sales person but then when it got to financing, the numbers had changed significantly (up by $60 dollars a month) which was not acceptable to us. The lack of communication between sales and financing and us the customer was unbelievable. Also, they had assured us they would obtain a 'plate' holder for our car and even on a number of occasions we were told by Kenny that he had 'in fact' purchased the plate holder out of his own money and just had to 'get' it to us which he never did and when pressed, he in fact never purchased it. He claims it was in some lost black hole in their parts department. After we went ahead and purchsed the plate holder ourselves and were told again by Kenny that they would reimburse us for it and we went to collect on that they once again lied and said 'oh the girl who signs the checks isn't here right now' in spite of the fact that from last Friday they knew we were coming up to pick up the funds. Kenny and Jerry were not on the same page and they used that to their benefit against us. I would NOT recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from them - they are not good business people, horrible customer service, they lie - typical car salesmen!!! RUN, RUN RUN - there are too many good dealerships out there. BEZEMA MOTORS SUCKS!! More

The reason why I gave the rating that I did, is because the service that I received from all the staff members were excellent. The sale person had good PR. good mannerism, friendly and good attitude towar the service that I received from all the staff members were excellent. I only went in there to see an explorer i saw on the internet and ended up leaving with a GMC Envoy that night. I have had a terrible experience with Bezema motors and would NEVER recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from them. I bought a vehicle from them 2 months ago and have had to put over $1100 worth of work in would NEVER recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from them. I bought a vehicle from them 2 months ago and have had to put over $1100 worth of work into it. The day after I left the lot my check engine light came on. Just found out the wheel hub(which they said they replaced!) was so bad that me and my children could have been killed if my tire had fallen off. I took it to them twice to repair and they told me nothing was wrong and talked me into leaving. Also they screwed up my financing and I found out my payments which are taken from my bank account directly were going to the wrong financing co.! They were also very rude and blew off my concerns and phone calls many times. Overall a horrible experience buying a car from them. Think twice before dealing with these people, they will SCREW you!
