Got the personal service we needed to fix the issue. To resolve an ongoing problem, I decided to travel from my home in Fairfax to Don Beyer in Dulles. I explained an intermittent problem to Tei and afte To resolve an ongoing problem, I decided to travel from my home in Fairfax to Don Beyer in Dulles. I explained an intermittent problem to Tei and after actively listening to me, he recommended that the lead technician, Patrick, sit in the car with me during a demonstration ride. Patrick was very attentive and treated me with respect even though the problem was intermittent and difficult to detect. Eventually he asked me to leave the vehicle, but he also named two related technical bulletins that he knew were on file. Tei then issued us a loaner vehicle. Patrick personally saw to the repairs and Tei arranged for us to keep the loaner vehicle for additional time because of the long drive from Fairfax on week nights. RESULT: Car is properly repaired and the intermittent problem is gone. Patrick effected both technical bulletin repairs and Tei reached out promptly after he had the vehicle back to ensure that the problem was resolved. VERY SATISFIED. More
