Quality Work Done Right the First Time This service review is a follow-on to my original review regarding the purchase of a used 2008 Volvo XC90 from Don Beyer Volvo-Dulles. I had to bring This service review is a follow-on to my original review regarding the purchase of a used 2008 Volvo XC90 from Don Beyer Volvo-Dulles. I had to bring the XC90 in for service (repairs and "tweaks" after the sale) and, much like my outstanding sales experience, the service experience was equally outstanding. My service advisor, Ted Ibach, was just terrific! He was not only very knowledgeable and professional but also VERY friendly and courteous and even offered me a loaner vehicle! I was treated as if I had purchased a new car from the dealership! Outstanding! The repairs and "tweaks" were completed in a very timely fashion (I was kept abreast of what was going on) and the job was done right the first time! Again, outstanding! My son is very happy with his Volvo XC90. I plan on servicing the Volvo at Don Beyer-Dulles for a long, long time. Please see Ted Ibach in service - you won't be disappointed! More

I must admit that the sales experience was one of the best, if not THE BEST, experience I have ever had with a car dealer. Our sales consultant, George Paine, was truly outstanding and was very helpful with every step of the process. His honesty, sincerity, and thoughtfulness were next to none. He made the sales experience completely stress-free and actually quite enjoyable! We were introduced to the sales manager, Pete Kestersen, who likewise, was very pleasant and treated us like family. The finance manager, Kevin Hoff, was also very pleasant, very friendly, and helpful. The staff at Don Beyer were truly wonderful and my wife and I felt like we were "part of their family." My only disappointment was in the navigation system but I believe Volvo engineers are addressing that problem. Going the extra step for the customer I have been going to Don Beyer for service for about 7 years. My wife and I have owned at least one Volvo since 2000. We recently moved from the Chantilly area to our retirement home and were concerned about having the local dealer there service our two Volvos given a past experience our son had with that dealer. We decided that we would try and make the 85 mile two hour long morning rush drive to Don Beyer Dulles for our Volvo service needs. Greg and the Dulles Team have done a great job on my periodic service needs - several times. They also did a great job solving a recent pesky problem with rainwater accumulating in one of our cars. Also, if there is a way to get me started early on the Route 28 and I-66 evening rush, Greg will make it happen. Great customer service at a great price will keep me coming back. More
