Ever since I purchased my 2000 VW Passat from another local dealership -- and ran into multiple problems with their service department -- I have taken my cars to Miller's. Dealing with the service department at Miller's is the main reason I decided to purchase my next VW from them. I recently had a small issue with my 2009 VW Tiguan. When I called Miller's, Harold Schneider was more the patience in trying to determine how to best fix my issue over the phone. He even went as far as running to the showroom floor to test out his theory the same model car in which I own. This saved me an unnecessary trip to the dealership. However, when I have had either of my cars at the dealership the service department is always friendly and polite. They even went as far as helping my with placing a car seat in a loaner car for me. It is a service department like this one that makes the sales department's job easier. I am a big fan of VW cars and now I am also a big fan of MIller's. More
