I waited for my car to be serviced and it took much longer than expected which I hadn't planned for but they did offer me a loaner car which was very nice. The service was an oil change and a software update. The updates usually take 20 minutes but for some reason my car didn't want to cooperate that day. No fault of Don Beyer. More
