Excellent dealership.....superb sales staff I'm not sure if I will buy a Kia during my search for a new car, but if I do, Beyer Kia will have won my business by their efforts yesterday during my I'm not sure if I will buy a Kia during my search for a new car, but if I do, Beyer Kia will have won my business by their efforts yesterday during my visit and test drive of the Kia Soul, Optima Hybrid and their newest vehicle, the Kia Niro. I liked all three, but explained to the salesman, Alaa Adlan, that I am just beginning my search and have a lot of vehicles to test. He was super low key and didn't push me at all. He took my number and email address and I indicated that email was better to reach me. Had never driven Kia's before and he explained everything about each model, before and while I drove. I was impressed with his knowledge and the cars themselves. Should I purchase a car from this dealership, I will update my review to indicate that process, as well as how their service department does with scheduling and fixing of my vehicle. But the initial thoughts and review is that thus far this is a great dealership and especially the salesman who helped me throughout the afternoon. He more than went out of his way and should my decision be a Kia, I will return to him and his manager to make me a good deal. More

Between the test drive, looking at the vehicle, locating the particular vehicle I wanted with the right features it took all but 2 hours and couldn't believe what a pleasurable experience! Al took the time to show me all of the features on the vehicle and ensured I was comfortable being leaving the lot, along with a full tank of gas! I highly recommend Beyer Kia and would purchase a vehicle from them...any day of the week! More

Over the years, I've had good & bad experiences so car shopping is not something I look forward to. When I arrived at the dealership, the first thing I noticed was the friendly & welcoming attitude of the staff. Hmmm...this might not be so bad after all! Omar Pinto, my sales consultant, listened to my concerns, answered questions & found the model that met my needs. The others - Bobby, Basir & Shwan - did their part to make this a stress-free experience too. I drove away happy and I'm delighted to recommend Beyer Kia. More
Family like atmosphere. This is actually the 3rd Kia dealership I had visited to discuss the 2017 Sportage. One dealership the finance guys was to aggressive ans appeared as if it was a problem discussing the financing and lease options the the other told me that the TruCar MSRP was wrong and that he would call them Monday morning. I was actually sitting in a Honda dealership discussing the CRV when Omar Pinto call my cell phone. Certainly glad I took the call. We made an appointment from the next day which was a Sunday and the rest is history. They had the model I wanted shipped in from another dealer and I've beed on the road since then. Great group of people from the sales manager on down. I'll be recommending to all everyone I know. Thanks a lot. More

Everyone from Kamiran, who handled our purchase, to Bobby, the Sales Manager, and Basir, the Finance Manager, was helpful and professional. Utter Disappointment Have been a Kia owner since 2007 and have loved my Kia until I bought a new one here. Bought a new Kia Forte5 6 speed manual from this dealership on Have been a Kia owner since 2007 and have loved my Kia until I bought a new one here. Bought a new Kia Forte5 6 speed manual from this dealership on Jan 29th. On May 12th, something went wrong with the brand new car, check engine light and no acceleration. This dealership has had my car since May 13th and I was informed yesterday, after having to call three times with no call backs from the service department, that they haven't even started to fix anything. They have had my brand new car for 2 weeks and still don't know what's wrong, or how to fix it. I bought a new car to avoid mechanical problems since my old Kia was getting up there in age, and what I got was more issues. UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT!! More
