To be honest, I'm genuinely surprised and deeply disheartened by the quality of Porscheservice in this dealership. I asked the manager, including the sales department director, three times to present the car with a bow, but instead, I received a scratched vehicle on the scheduled day, which took several more days to fix. Not to mention, the sales team promised me gifts, but in the end, they didn't even provide keychains... this is utterly unacceptable, guys, you can't do this. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. If you have a chance to choose a car in a dealership in a smaller town, definitely do it! More

This was our first visit to this particular dealership for maintenance on our current 911 as we were with another dealership for several years and were very disappointed with their service department. So my wife and I decided to try your dealership that was actually very close to our house. We were very impressed on how quickly we were greeted and directed to our service advisor. When we arrived we noticed that all the employees were smiling and can't say enough good things about our service advisor Mario Ramirez. He was very thorough, attentive and explained what was needed to be done and our car was completed in a timely manner. As long time owners of Porsches, we are glad we made the decision to try your dealership and happy to share our positive experience with you. Everyone in your service organization (greeters, porters, mechanics, service advisors and office staff) should be acknowledged and commended for their great work ethics that represent your Beverly Hills service department. Nour was courteous, very helpful, patient, attentive, great listener and communicator as she answered all my questions diligently to find the right Macan S build. She worked with my hectic work schedule, saved me time and followed up promptly with my questions via phone/emails/texts. Once I arrived to BH Porsche dealership to pick up my new Macaan S, I was greeted by the friendly staff in the reception area and had Nour come greet me and start the painless process of reviewing the car and finance options. In 2022, I ordered a Porsche 911 that was set to go into production in April 2023. I put down my deposit and picked every option I wanted. The dealer kept telling me how awesome my dream 911 would be wit production in April 2023. I put down my deposit and picked every option I wanted. The dealer kept telling me how awesome my dream 911 would be with all of my selections. They gave me a link to check on the progress and it was all very exciting! I waited patiently. Then suddenly a few weeks before it was set to be built, they emailed to let me know that they had run out of the following options: - spoilers and aero kit - ceramic brakes - Any type of custom leather - Paint to sample exterior - Bucket seats - Sports package The list goes on and on. No problem - I would just wait until they had them in stock right? Wrong. “Looks like they are on backorder with no ETA for when these will be available.” So they offered me a basic bare bones Porsche instead. Not exactly a dream Porsche at that point is it? Talk about a bait and switch. This would have been my 3rd Porsche. But based on this experience, I will never purchase from them again. Thankfully the Bentley and Rolls Royce dealer was happy to step in and help me out. Seems they actually care about their customers. And they aren’t blaming Covid for parts shortages like Porsche is. I would’ve never expected this bait and switch from Porsche, followed by a myriad of lame excuses. I recommend avoiding Beverly Hills Porsche at all costs. They don’t live up to their promises and they are more than happy to waste your time. More
