I first test drove a Range Rover, and the salesman could not have been more disengaged and disinterested. He hardly even spoke to us! We then went to the Porsche dealership, and right away, we were greeted warmly and introduced to Ali, who was our salesperson. He was so enthusiastic, sharp, and most of all, so kind and genuinely interested in helping us. After meeting Ali, we were more interested in the Cayenne and had to forget about the Range Rover. He was so passionate about Porsche as a brand - it seemed like everyone there was really happy to be working there - which was infectious. We wanted to be a part of the Porsche family too! Russell helped us with the details of the sale - we loved his wit and sharp humor - he made the process fun! Thank you to the team for making this such a positive experience. I am very pleased with my purchase! More

Scott McCleoud was my salesperson and he was patient and not pushy. He explained everything I needed to know about the Macan before I made my decision. I had test driven the Audi Q5 and did not love it. This is my first Porsche purchase and I could not be happier. Thank you Scott and Angie in finance. Great team to work with! More
The more I try the worst it gets As all that is holy, I have tried to be positive. But from the start, it has not been good. Found a Porsche 911 GT3 on line. It was a new car. When I As all that is holy, I have tried to be positive. But from the start, it has not been good. Found a Porsche 911 GT3 on line. It was a new car. When I inquired, I was told they could not sell me the car for the price advertised. What happened to the FTC and truth in advertising. I was told I would have to pay a premium. After much debate, I agreed to do so...only to be told that I needed an LA address for the sale. OK, I gave my brothers address. I grew up in Beverly Hills, so what the xxxx. But why advertise n the Internet. Has anyone mentioned that it goes well beyond Beverly Hills. I arranged delivery after wiring the money. Delivery was good. Since that time I have called three times to get a copy of the bill of sale and other documents. I received a call from a nice Brithish lady who asked about the transaction. I described the entire process. She was dismayed and said she would follow up with the owner. No word since then, although she said "would I please give a good review to Porsche when they call". I don't think so...Three more calls and no documents. These folks ought to be selling Ugos. My local Ford dealer has always given better service. So, either I am the odd case or these people have got to take a lesson in customer service. So much for a $175K cash sale. Maybe they thought this was a one shot deal and who cares. My brother however has purchased three Porsches from them and will take his business elsewhere as will I. Chapter 2. I've now called three times to get a copy of by bill of sale. The salesman Ash Malek's response was they are mad at me because of your review. I said send the paperwork and all is forgiven. One week later and nothing. I just don't get it. This dealership is the worst. My next call is to Porsche of North America. I can't be the first complaint about these people and unfortunately I won't be the last. Avoid this place. There are too many good dealerships. More
Porsche Cayenne Hybrid Fire Danger! **CAYENNE HYBRID FIRE DANGER*** If you do not feel like reading this entire review here is a bullet point summary: 1. Porsche Cayenne Hybrid **CAYENNE HYBRID FIRE DANGER*** If you do not feel like reading this entire review here is a bullet point summary: 1. Porsche Cayenne Hybrids pose a serious fire risk. The battery pack is not properly contained and any amount of liquid or dirt will cause a short in the electrical work and cause the battery to catch fire. This is a serious design flaw. My 2013 Porsche Cayenne Hybrid battery caught on fire. 2. Beverly Hills Porsche will not honor their warranty. They will say the cause is due to an “outside influence” and will not cover the $21,000 cost of repair. The battery pack costs $11,000 and the labor another $10,000. 3. Beverly Hills Porsche is only interested in selling you a car, not taking care of you when the car catches on fire. If you are considering buying a Porsche Cayenne Hybrid please make sure you read this. Two years ago I purchased a 2013 Porsche Cayenne Hybrid from Beverly Hills Porsche. Last week as I was driving the cargo area in the back (where the hybrid battery sits) started smoking very badly. My car filled with white smoke and I pulled over immediately and opened the hatch. When I lifted the door to look at the battery flames shot and I immediately ran away from the car. Luckily the when I dropped the cover back down it killed the flames. I had the car towed to Beverly Hills Porsche Service. The next day they told me they found some water around the battery and that was the cause of the electrical short and subsequent fire. They did not say where the water came from but that the presence of water invalidates the warranty. The cost of repair was $21,000 and Porsche would not cover that under the warrant. After countless hours on the phone I was told the case had been closed. I tried left a message for the Beverly Hills Porsche General Manager Jeff Kagan and I never got a return phone call. If a customer’s car catching on fire doesn’t warrant a phone call from the General Manager then I don’t know what does. Lucky for me I had a very good insurance policy with State Farm which was able to cover the cost of repair. However, had it not been for my insurance I would have been left with a $21,000 bill. I never imagined that a two year old luxury vehicle could catch fire and that the company wouldn’t honor their warranty. In all my years of buying cars I have never come across such a shameful way for a car company to try and shirk their responsibilities under their warranty. This was not what I expected from Porsche. Beverly Hills Porsche will talk very highly about their warranty coverage when they are selling you the car but when the time comes to honor that coverage they will create their own rules and leave you with the bill. If anyone would like more detailed information about this ordeal I would be happy to speak with you. Please email me at porsche.cayenne.hybrid.fire@gmail.com I will gladly email you documents pertaining to the fire and the damage it caused and you can judge for yourself if this car is safe to be on the road. Bottom Line: Beverly Hills Porsche will not honor their warranty in the event of a catastrophic event that is clearly the car manufacturers fault. And more importantly stay away from any Hybrid Porsche. I am currently in the process of buying a Tesla. A company that is well known for honoring their warranties. What a shame. I have always been a Porsche enthusiast but after this shameful experience I will never buy a car from them again. This is the kind of behavior one would expect from GM or Ford not Porsche. More
