“SMITTY” from the finance department is the WORST. Horrible miserable attitude. Please hire people who are not miserable doing their job. Do not visit this location, or BMW for that matter. Plenty of other dealerships who don’t rip you off and when you speak to any department you feel like they genuinely appreciate your business. More
UNSCRUPULOUS, SCAMMERS, FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES. ....to say the experience was bad is an understatement. You would think that paying for a vehicle in cash would be a simple transaction, but I was sold a car that was not suitable for sale. After the 1st week, I was advised to go to their sister-dealership for service and almost 4 weeks later the car was returned to me after major work was done (engine mounts, transmission mounts, etc)....and that was only completed because I bought the $5k warranty. There was no regard for the inconvenience, the multiple trips to/from both dealerships, calls and messages went unreturned and even some issues were denied by the warranty. The GM, Sean NEVER addressed the matter in writing (via email/text), call or in-person after me sitting waiting for him for nearly an hour. Other unprincipled employees that I continued being passed to were Belash, Payton, Smitty, Elaine, Lesandro....all were informed but did nothing but pass the buck and lie. I intend on taking this as far legally as possible, so others won't be scammed and deceived. More
We have the best service advisor, he's the reason we drive BMW.Don't get me wrong we love BMW but without Gary is not possible. We own an M3 CS and 530 E. I am deeply disappointed with the unprofessional and rude behavior of the sales manager MILTON. During our interaction, he was VERY sarcastic, which made the entire experience unpleasant completely. He openly expressed disbelief in what I was saying, and his tone was filled with sarcasm and ignorance. He directly looked at my face and expressed that I’m lying. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. I hope that appropriate actions will be taken to ensure better customer service in the future. More
Purchased a low ow mileage vehicle (12,000 miles) that was originally purchased and subsequently serviced by Beverly Hills BMW Los Angeles, the existing warranty expires August this year. I made my first call May 17th to inquire about the extended warranty options. Calls made May 18, 19, 20, and 21 I was dealt a variety of options from the automated phone service of Beverly Hills BMW. Eventually I was given two names and left messages to inquire about warranty. I was also texting with a representative and was ghosted after I sent the VIN number they asked for. Ten days later no one has called me back. I am trying to purchase BMW warranty from the dealer that sold and serviced the car exclusively and they have not given me any response. More

I was simply trying to buy my car Off of her service I will never buy another Bmw. I bought a $100,000 car from them and they treat me like absolute dirt. She refused to look at my statement to tell me what my payoff would be and told me to go somewhere else because she was “very busy and didn’t have time for this I have never felt so disrespected when I have already spent $50,000 on a lease with This dealership. Service department is terrible. Her attitude was the last straw I refuse to ever purchase from this dealership or any other bmw again. Very unfortunate to see this company going downhill the way that they are. Once you purchase from them they could care less about you and all the fake sincerity goes out the window. I will be reporting feedback to the company as well. This woman has no place working for a high end company. More
