It’s concerning when someone in a position of authority allows a subordinate to steer decisions that impact customer service, especially when safety was involved. This created an unfair dynamic and left me feeling dismissed without justification. BMW customers expect professionalism, fairness, and thoughtful leadership. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those standards and reflects poorly on the brand’s promise of premium care. More
