Update: 12/20/22 Toufie has yet after two weeks reached out to me and gave me a quote regarding the x4m. They never sent me my two gas checks, seeing by the manufacture they are suppose to fill the reached out to me and gave me a quote regarding the x4m. This has been the WORST dealership experience yet. I have also managed dealerships for 11 years. Thanks for not taking care of the customer. Update 11/19/2022 My car arrived with numerous defects. For a $125,000 car I expected it to be delivered in better shape. Furthermore, I asked two reps to check it over. Some of these items could have been checked, and fixed prior to shipping. I was assured that there were no issues. I asked the company who they suggested for clear bra and tint and Wael said most people do that on their own. I found 405 motor sports which do the majority of clear bra and tint for high line cars. I asked them as I live In Idaho to check for chips or dents. No chips or dents were discovered. This car took me MANY years to save for. So I feel like my concerns aren’t of any importance. To ensure safety of the vehicle I paid for a flatbed to drive the car to 405 motor sports. I was told when my car arrived it was ready for shipping. I provided the necessary documentation from guardian shipping to the dealership as requested. Not once was I offered shipping services from BMW Beverly Hills. Not once was I not told the vehicle wasn’t ready. Why wasn’t it ready? When I got it shipped to me, I had no paperwork. As of 11/19/2022 I still have no paperwork, or temporary tag for the vehicle. So I have a 125,000 car with no plates or proof of purchase. But it’s my fault for following what I was instructed. I got it shipped and immediately looked it over and noticed the issues I have with the car and snapped the photos. I reached out to the GM/GSM of the store. They were quick to then process my Paperwork and then get me a temp tag. I feel passed off to my local BMW store to fix the issues. Working in car business I know how this goes, it’s no longer their problem but now at the mercy of another store. I was promised that I couldn’t swap cars despite them having another one, I was told simply warranty. However, makes it extremely challenging now that I have a car from another store, that I could have tried to buy locally that I’m asking them to fix issues from another store. Some of these, if not most of these items should have been caught during the PDI process. I was then told by the staff that my car would be flat towed two hours away to the local bmw store because of adverse weather. When I reached out to my local bmw store they had zero idea what I was talking about. There was also a secondary comment made that I’m upsetting my local dealership with emails asking what is needed to fix this. I reached out to the general manager 11/18/2022 of my local store to apologize for the apparent annoyance of my questions. He had zero idea or who would even state a comment like that. After talking to him it sounds like it was never discussed the flatbed towing and he was in the dark of everything. The GM then informed me because of me getting the vehicle shipped from another store the likelihood of me getting these addressed under warranty are greatly reduced. These may be small issues for others but for someone who isn’t the standard Beverly Hills clientele (millionaires/billionaires), this car was and remains very expensive. I’m 2.5 weeks til’the soonest a bmw store can see me. To add to the issues none of the connected drives work. I can’t pair phone, upload bmw profile, nothing. Car also didn’t have remote start. I also asked to get a bid on my x6m to downgrade to an x4m which I can’t. Prior to vehicle arrival: Thanks to the team Toufie, Wael, Paymon and a Katrina. They did a phenomenal deal on my dream x6m competition! I’m from Montana and Idaho, and toufie offered an excellent deal and followed through every step of the way. Wael took photographs for me and inspected my vehicle then allowed my clear bra place 405 to inspect the vehicle. Katrina took care of my financing and Paymon discussed the final numbers. Easy transaction, very helpful staff would do business again! More
