They had a used car in stock with the options I wanted. The salesperson was fine but minimally involved since I knew what I wanted and they don't negotiate on prices. The finance rep was nice, though I was there for 4 hours despite having my own credit union funding. I am rating 4 stars because I was presented with something was a "warranty" only later in the paperwork process to find out it was a $900 line item on my invoice. To their credit they claim they will refund that and send a check to my bank so I do not have to pay for it as I do not want nor need this product. This is still in process so 4 stars in good faith that they will follow thru. It took a long time for them to get my bank all the documents, almost 3 weeks despite being a CUDL situation. I don't know if this is a "less than 5 stars = 0" in the eyes of the dealer survey system but I'm being honest and that is a flawed system if I can't be honest. Would I buy a car here again? Sure, but I'd want to do as much as possible before I come in, it is 2023 after all and I was not on the fence about buying, I was buying and I said that before I came in. If I have to be there more than an hour next time I will walk. Everyone was friendly which was great but it is still a dealership. I have PTSD from the archaic dealership business model so I carry some of that with me in this review. More

At the same time the car sold seems to be a "lemon": Here are just a few issues: • “Support from Driver Assistance message restricted” comes up periodically, even if everything is green when I start driving. When it comes up I confirmed every time that every individual feature is activated, and the proof light around the control button displayed as a car is green before it comes up. Then after message comes up, the color around the car changes to red. - Does not have any consistency.  Sometimes I can drive a day without a warning message. Sometimes like yesterday, It appeared a few minutes after I started the drive. Had to disconnect all safety features. On the way back even if the safety features were disengaged after I’ve started the engine the little car was green again and this time, I did not get a message even once • When engine shutdown during stop is deactivated sometimes it stays deactivated and sometimes turns off by itself. • As a matter fact of the buttons located around gear change knob are flimsy and it seems that the whole panel may have been overhauled and someone have done a lousy job • On temperature display sometimes some of the numbers are partially shown. Sometimes they are shown at full. Again, no consistency. • It seems that it might be a computer the issue and if yeas can you address it? • Some minor things: - The gear knob repair after I've pointed out that it's damaged is tentatively scheduled for replacement on 8/26 - Floor mats were not installed properly. I’m sure this can be addressed on 8/26 as well. - Windshield spray does not work properly. I believe that this is relatively minor and can be resolved on 8/26 as well More
