I have driven BMWs for the last 20 years. I was very fortunate to Steve Marks as my sales consultant with both of my previous purchases. This purchase was handled badly. From a sale that concluded at closing to the passing on of responsibilities to getting the necessary (small) repairs that were needed. I never thought I would be giving an unsatisfactory review to Beverly Hills BMW. But I am. I felt the only objective was to get the deal signed. Granted , I did not buy a new car. Maybe that is the problem. Certified Used means a step down in service. Would I ever refer a friend, a colleague, or associate to Beverly Hills BMW? NO!!
