I went in for a service recall on a sensor, and came out a new customer. The Bev Smith Toyota dealership is second to NONE. I was treated as if I were family. The "new dealership" looks wonderful! Working with Heaven was wonderful and the girl who checked me in.(sorry can't remember her name) was wonderful too. The initial pricing on proposed new tires for our 2022 Camry was an obvious attempt to rip me off. Indeed, I am getting better tires installed elsewhere for hundreds of dollars less than what you quoted me. This has tarnished my view of the dealership and we will need to think long and hard before buying another car from Bev Smith. More
