My husband called to inquire about a Scion Xb advertised on the website and Mike invited us in to test drive it and discuss options. It's a perfect Mom-mobile! :-) We honestly can't say enough about the amazing treatment we received from Mike, Russ, Debbie Bennett, and Debbie Money. The entire staff was extremely patient with us and our 2-year-old daughter. One very kind employee even brought snacks and water over for our little girl and printed coloring sheets to keep her occupied. We whole-heartedly recommend this dealership and specifically Mike and Russ to work with. More

The salesman William Toppin is the man to see if you are looking for a vehicle, he is not aggressive and knows the products he sells. He handles all of the details and instructs you on all of the features on the vehicle you purchase. You know how the sales guy has to see the next guy up the chain to verify the deal. well in my case it was Rick Quakenbush a very fair and easy to talk to sales manager. More

I stopped by Toyota on a Sunday afternoon. Steve Gordon met me in the lot. I told him that I was just browsing, & considering purchasing a new Toyota. I have owed a Toyota that I purchased new in 2006. I met me in the lot. I told him that I was just browsing, & considering purchasing a new Toyota. I have owed a Toyota that I purchased new in 2006. It has been a great car, and I just stopped by to look. Steve & I chatted and I told him when I was ready to purchase a new car, I would be back with my son-in-law. I liked his "low key" friendliness without being "pushy." I did go to another Toyota Dealership and met with another dealer representative. I told him that I was looking for a new Toyota LE to replace the eight year old car that I am currently driving. He immediately began showing me Toyota SEs and said they were much better than the LE with lots more great new upgrades, and much better buy for the money. He did not show me any Camry LEs, but said he could get me one. That salesperson was overly assertive. On November 27th I called Bev Smith Toyota to check if Steve Gordon was in. He was busy, but did call me back soon after my call. I made an appoint to me him an hour later. He came out to meet me with my daughter and son-in-law. He was friendly and accommodating. He showed us the Camry LE's he had at the dealership I did not want one with a sunroof, but he told me that he could get me exactly the one that I wanted and could have it in a couple of days. He did have the car the day after Thanksgiving and called me to let me know it had arrived and that it would be ready in a couple of hours. He was everything I would want in an efficient professional sales person. I would send any of my friends or family to Steve Gordon at Bev Smith if they were looking for a new. car. More

We had several extras installed, (tinted windows, trailer hitch, pinstriping) and John made all the necessary appointments to coincide with each other. Everything was completed in one day and delivered it to me personally. For the first time - ever - a car-buying experience made Amazing!! Thank You, John Tripp!! More
