Hopefully the start of something good I did not intend to buy a car, i foolishly spent $400 on service to a truck I gave to your dealership, but I have been looking for a few months to go I did not intend to buy a car, i foolishly spent $400 on service to a truck I gave to your dealership, but I have been looking for a few months to go from access cab to double cab. --- the salesman did a great job talking to me and getting as close as possible to what I wanted in a used Tacoma. ---- the sales manager did a good job as well and he sealed the deal. I am very pleased with my purchase. I know I paid a premium but I am willing to when I know your team is taking care of me sales and service a great experience. I will be a loyal customer as long as you guys continue to take care of me... I originally used treasure coast Toyota and they were so terrible I originally swore off going to Toyota in the area, I was only giving your team 1 chance and they clearly knocked it out of the park----- 2 weeks later I clean my truck for the first time and I found I had been driving around with a bag of pills in an illicit drug bag. Had I been pulled over I could have lost my son, my family could have been destroyed!!! They did not to offer to make up for this in any way. I'm very displeased and considering trading truck brands all together. Really disappointing a dealership would be so careless and put a customer AT SUCH A RISK!!! unbelievable More

Beware!!!! Thieves, Liars & Scam artists at Bev Smith Toyota Keep driving to the next dealership. You will only get ripped off & lied to at this place. I researched buying a toyota for over a month & then went in to buy but NEVER AGAIN!! I’ve worked at a few dealerships over the years so I kinda know the biz! They are ruthless & lie their way through the sale. I went in there for a little Corolla I had seen online. They made us sign a ‘Right to cancel’ form which basically allows them to change our APR after we had driven home with the vehicle. A week went by and they called us to say we didn’t qualify for the original rate they told us!! This is a big scam and I’ve now since seen all the warnings on government websites and attorneys’ websites warning of this scam. The government needs to shut them down ASAP More

Your software mechanic was not in. Stan said he gave him my phone number so we could connect. Still have not heard from him or her. I have used your facility in the past with my 2009 sienna. As matter of fact contacted your sales office to see if there was any 2017 sienna with mobil seats around. Was only able to obtain one in Minnesota with out having to special order from Indiana. I like the navigation system in the 2009 better then the 2017. Seemed to have clearer road definition. Otherwise very pleased except for a few minor adjustment. More

When i did get my truck back....no wash,radio was blasting, driver seat completely readjusted, mirrors readjusted, windshield fluid not topped off, my paper work in the console was rifled through and there's a small dent in my rear quarter panel. Totally discussed! I bought the truck there and was treated fantastic by Francisco. I have a call into the service manager Shane but 2 hrs later still waiting for the return call. Shame on you BevSmith Toyota. More
