My last visit there was exactly that. .my last visit there. The worst service I've ever experienced. They had my car for seven weeks and still couldn't fix it. They had no problem diagnosing the 'problem' and taking $2500 from me. Got the car back and the check engine light came on again. Had it towed back where it sat, probably untouched. Two weeks without a phone call to keep me updated. They told me they couldn't get the check engine light to come on. I got fed up and went there to get the car..they gave me the key..went out and started it up..and what do ya know..check engine light came on instantly. I finally found the time to look at it myself and did what amounts to a basic tuneup..new plugs, wires, coil packs, pcv valve, air filter..ran some fuel injector cleaner through the system..and bingo..it's run like a top for the last three weeks..as for the rear axle work they did which cost me $2100..got the car back to find a puddle of fluid leaking from the axle they had just 'fixed'. Took it back and they 'fixed' it again..it's still not right..a friend of mine can fix that in a heartbeat. No way I'd take it back there again..they couldn't fix it in two attempts..what would make me believe they'd fix it right the third time around. So yeah..for $2500 I got a car back that was no better then when I first brought it there. And to think I was eyeballing a 50K Jeep. **** that...bought a Toyota. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. More
