This was the one that brought us to the lot and ended up being the one that we drove home the next day. We drove a hard bargain and Brion made it work exactly how we needed it to work for us. He was upfront and honest and went the extra mile to ensure the vehicle was in good shape. For example, he noted the car smelled like smoke and offered to “bomb” it to remove the smell. I could barely smell it but he pointed out. Many dealers would ignore it or dismiss it to make a sale. He also set us up with a loaner vehicle while the minor detailing and repairs were being made and personally delivered the vehicle to us almost 20 miles away. He was very friendly and responsive and patient, particular because we were car shopping with two young children. It was a far more pleasant car buying experience than at other traditional dealerships. More
