He was upfront and honest and went the extra mile to ensure the vehicle was in good shape. For example, he noted the car smelled like smoke and offered to “bomb” it to remove the smell. I could barely smell it but he pointed out. Many dealers would ignore it or dismiss it to make a sale. He also set us up with a loaner vehicle while the minor detailing and repairs were being made and personally delivered the vehicle to us almost 20 miles away. He was very friendly and responsive and patient, particular because we were car shopping with two young children. It was a far more pleasant car buying experience than at other traditional dealerships. More

Buying a car from Bettenhausen I went to this dealer about 35 minutes minute before closing, but was greeted right away. Even though it was close to closing they made it seem like I I went to this dealer about 35 minutes minute before closing, but was greeted right away. Even though it was close to closing they made it seem like I was a priority! The car I wanted to see was being looked at by someone else and my sales man,Brion showed me other options. I made an appointment for the following day that I ended up canceling. I was looking for different options, but I ultimately ended up back at Bettenhausen an hour after my canceled appointment.
