I came across a number of dealerships offering more or less the car I was looking for, and based my initial choices off of price and how close the cars in stock matched what I was looking to buy. From the moment I was greeted during my first visit until I took the keys to my new car, I knew I made the right choice stopping by Bettenhausen. There was a hiccup in the buying process for the 124 to start, but Mike was very honest with me about the issue and the process in getting it resolved. We quickly agreed on a fair price for both my trade and the car, with none of the usual back and forth that some find grating or uncomfortable. Once the car was ready for pickup Mike had everything in order to get the deal done. I'll certainly be recommending others to work with Mike when they're in the market, and will be doing the same myself when the time comes to research another vehicle. When my 16-year old son was in the market to purchase a car, I kept telling him to go see Mike @ Bettenhausen. But I am his mom - and he is smarter than me ;) so he went to 4 different dealerships...only to end up purchasing his car from the 5th dealership - Mike @ Bettenhausen. Recovered form a triple bypass surgery in the beginning of 2018 and the closing of all locations at work at the end of 2 I have had a difficult year. Then in the beginning of t hi is year, my car decided to start giving me trouble. It became hazardous to continue driving. Enter Brion Parrish. I stopped by Bettenhausen at 159th and 94th ave. Explained my dilemma to Brion. He was fantastic. He understood my issues and assured me that we would be able to come out of this opportunity with great results.
