I came across a number of dealerships offering more or less the car I was looking for, and based my i I recently was in the market for a new Fiat 124. I came across a number of dealerships offering more or less the car I was looking for, and based my initial choices off of price and how close the cars in stock matched what I was looking to buy. From the moment I was greeted during my first visit until I took the keys to my new car, I knew I made the right choice stopping by Bettenhausen. There was a hiccup in the buying process for the 124 to start, but Mike was very honest with me about the issue and the process in getting it resolved. We quickly agreed on a fair price for both my trade and the car, with none of the usual back and forth that some find grating or uncomfortable. Once the car was ready for pickup Mike had everything in order to get the deal done. I'll certainly be recommending others to work with Mike when they're in the market, and will be doing the same myself when the time comes to research another vehicle.
