Needed to downgrade I had an SUV and needed to get a smaller, more affordable car due to an impending divorce. Brion was outside when I arrived and immediately helped me. He listened to my story and promised to do what he could to help me. He let me test drive the Hyundai Elantra I had seen online and was interested in. By the time I got back, he already had an appraisal for the car I was trading in. I decided to go ahead with the deal with no pressure at all from Brion. I told him how a nearby dealership ran me off because they were pressuring me. While we waited for the paperwork to be finished, he sat and we had a nice conversation about our kids and jobs. In about two hours, I had a car that I was looking for and all of the paperwork done! I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Bettenhausen and Brion to anyone! More
