I have been coming to this Jeep Dealership since I bought my Grand Cherokee in 2009. At Bettenhausen, they service your vehicle just as if it were there own. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and are concerned for your vehicle operating as if you just bought it brand new. The dealership takes pride in the workplace as you will see when you walk through the doors. I have to assume most dealerships follow this format, but at this time, I don't bother with other dealerships. Yes, I'm a Chrysler/Dodge man, but I bought a VW New Beetle from this dealer as well. Don't waste your time haggling with other dealers who lead you to believe they aren't making money on your purchase, they all are making money (at least the ones that are still standing). I'm certain Bettenhausen is making money, and how can you deny them? Unlike other dealerships, they aren't trying to finance their remodeling on one customer's purchase. Take your Chrysler/Dodge here for service, and ask for AL, he's one of their knowledgeable service people and very helpful too! More
