We had a great experience at this dealership last Friday. We were on the last long day of an extended road trip and still had 8 hours yet to drive to get home (with 3 homesick kids!). We had stopped for lunch near Bettenhausen Jeep/Chrysler and I am so glad we did. We decided that we had better have someone take a look at an issue with our engine before we continued on. We drove into the service bay and they did a terrific job. When you go there you will notice awards and posters on the walls about customer service and integrity. They are not just for show - they truly live this mission. We interacted with several employees - and everyone was great. They had us back on the road in under 2 hours with a safe and clean car - yes, they even washed it and fixed an outstanding recall issue! They worked us into an already busy service schedule and did it with a smile on their face and professionalism. The waiting area and the entire service area we also very clean. Our family HIGHLY recommends this service department! More

Brought my car in for A/C service. The compressor went out & had to wait three days for the part. The service writer was very apologetic about the delay in getting the part, but sometimes it happens t out & had to wait three days for the part. The service writer was very apologetic about the delay in getting the part, but sometimes it happens that the part(s) aren't in stock(?), so be patient, your car will be repaired the correct way, and that's what is important! While my car was in, it was discovered that the suspension needed some work as well. The suspension was repaired, oil was changed, a new a/c compressor was installed, and the car was washed and ready to go. They made arrangements for me to have a rental during the repair period. I don't know why I would ever go anywhere else to have my car repaired. The technicians are very professional and repair your vehicle as if it were their own. The service writers are also very knowledgeable and are at the ready to help you get your repaired as necessary. I am extremely happy with the service department at Bettenhausen where I have been a customer since 1995! More
When dealing with a warranty item on my vehicle, and while I was not a very pleasant person to deal with, Bob was professional, polite, and able to make sure I was taken care of. We had a great experience in regards to buying a new 2010 Dodge Charger. Unfortunately after 3 months we had to bring it in for service and had a horrible experience with the service dept. After the first visit the problem was not fixed and had to bring it in again and get a loaner car. They gave me a crappy loaner car that smelled was dirty and best of all by the time I got home no gas! When I went to pick up my car they would not reimburse me for the 10.00 of gas I had to put in and assured me my car was fixed. After driving it for a few days the problem is not fixed and now I have to call again to deal with them. As of today have not called because I do not feel like dealing with them this week. It's unfortunate that after all the great things I have heard about the sales, which again was great, that the servicing is sooooo horrible. More
We purchased a used Chrysler Pacifica from Bettenhausen Motors last month. We started using it immediately for deliveries and for a family trip, so we burned through the initial guarantee miles. We started hearing a disturbing noise coming from the front end that got worse as time went on. A mechanic friend of ours said that it sounded like the front passenger-side wheel bearing was failing. Our initial reaction was disappointment and resignation that we would have to pay for an expensive repair so soon after purchase. We drove our Pacifica into Bettenhausen Motors fully expecting to hear that we were going to be responsible for payment of repairs. Your service Department verified that the problem was indeed a failing wheel bearing. From this point on, we were pleasantly surprised at every turn. We were told that this repair was covered under a modest extended warranty we bought at the time we purchased the car. After the small deductible was paid, all repairs were to be at no cost to us. The Service Department recommended that both front end wheel bearing be replaced; which is exactly what our friend, the mechanic, told us was the right thing to do. As if this was already not too good to be true, the Service Department arranged for a rental car to meet my wife at Bettenhausen Motors and gave us unlimited use of the rental car until the repairs were complete, again at no charge. The repairs were completed today, my wife dropped off the rental car at Bettenhausen Motors, and she called to tell me that the noise is gone and the car is back to 100%. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the service we received. This excellent customer service seems to be standard procedure with Bettenhausen Motors, but believe me when I say that this is not what we were used to with any other dealership we have ever had experience with. If Bettenhausen Motors believes that excellent customer service and fair dealing will result in repeat customers they are correct in our case. We will purchase our next car from Bettenhausen Motors and we will repeat this story to our substantial circle of friends and family, not to mention my wife, Ellen, works for Panera Bread in your area and is already telling her customers and clients how great of a car dealership you truly are. The young man who picked me was lovely, It was like talking to my own son. You have a great team there, and, I will certainly be bringing my Trailblazer in to be serviced from now on.
