I always get my oil changed and I stopped in to ask where I could get air. Dakota, and Blake met me as I pulled my car in.and proceeded to listen to me and assure me that they would top my tire off with air and calmed my worry mind down. A new guy named AJ walked me to the service desk and Jake at the service desk set me up for an oil change next week. I ask for their names because everyone seems to say what goes wrong but no one commends people on a good job. Bettenhausen Jeep in Orland Park should be proud to have such a good group of guys working for them. I will highly recommend this fine Service Dept. and it's good people they have hired. More

License plate bracket I was told that they don't have a license plate bracket that fits the bumper of my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee summit. There's a lot of grand Cherokee on the lot. I feel like it was coming out of their pocket when I was going to pay for the service and part. They didn't even offer to order it. He said he doesn't know where I can find one. I'm at a jeep dealership with a jeep! It should be here! More
