It all began with my inquiry over the phone. The young man answered all my questions and transferred me to parts to verify they had the needed part in stock. DONT KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN!! Took my 2017 Dodge caravan to Bettenhausen for a wheel alignment on December 19th 2019 and Danny Velazquez took care of me the FIRST TIME!! He told me $299 for wheel alignment for Bettenhausen for a wheel alignment on December 19th 2019 and Danny Velazquez took care of me the FIRST TIME!! He told me $299 for wheel alignment for a front wheel drive van,,,,that is what his computer showed.I ALMOST CRAPPED MYSELF!! He called and told me it was ready and the price was $219 cause he worked with the Tech.I drove the van a couple days and alignment was worse than I brought it in.Took it back December 27th 2019 and KYLE MANDRA took care of it this time.WELL GUESS WHAT?STILL WRONG!! and asked them to look at rattle that was coming from the rear end of van cause I still have warranty on my vehicle.Kyle told me van was all set and they rebalanced my tires in the rear cause that was why I had the rattle!!!!! WHAT?? I JUST HAD NEW TIRES PUT ON AND BALANCED!!! Which did absolutely nothing for the rattle but gave me a shimmy that was not there and off to Discount Tire I went to get my balance right again.The alignment was still wrong.I took it to my local Ford dealer today which is Bill Kay and gave me a 4 wheel alignment FOR $99 DOLLARS!!!! and my RATTLE WAS GONE!! UNBELIEVABLE!! I went to Bettenhausen instead of Mancaris cause of the bad reviews but here i go again off to another Dodge dealer next time for my next automotive needs.$219 wasted!! If I would have known my Ford Dealer would of aligned it in the first place I would of went there first.They even looked at me in AWW when i told them $299 for a front wheel drive alignment.Some thing is wrong there but who am I to do something about it that is why I bit the bullet and swallowed the $219 loss not to deal with the BS AGAIN!!! More
Went to the dealer we have always had our service done with and was not happy with the customer service so I asked for my keys and left. Went to Bettenhausen and from now on I will make the 45 minute dri with and was not happy with the customer service so I asked for my keys and left. I visited Bettenhausen’s service department twice this month (October). Once for an oil change and to have headlights replaced; the second time was because I purchased some bad gas and my engine light came on (scary). During both visits, Amy eased my great concerns. I felt not only welcomed, but like a valued customer as well. I owe that great customer service to Amy and the amazing service staff!
