And the service advisor was also really nice. Again this was my first time having my own car serviced. So she went through the process for me and my car was out in no time. I have a lifetime warranty on my 2011 Jeep Liberty that I bought through Bettenhausen. I brought it in to the dealer in Orland Park 2 months ago and they put in new head gaskets. That took 3 weeks. The day I bought through Bettenhausen. I brought it in to the dealer in Orland Park 2 months ago and they put in new head gaskets. That took 3 weeks. The day I got it back they said I needed a new battery, so we brought it to our trusted mechanic and replaced it. Then the oil light went on so less than 24 hours later, we brought it back to the dealer, that took 3 or 4 days. The following day my check engine light went on and it would shake every time I came to a stop. Back to the dealer again! They're saying they don't know what's wrong with it - it's been two weeks and they still can't figure out why it's misfiring. So it's been over 2 months since I've had my Jeep. We've called Mopar (who holds the warranty), and the service department too many times to count. I'm so frustrated! Does anyone have any constructive advice? I feel I'm being discriminated against either for the warranty or because Im a senior citizen. More
