Another great experience at the Service Department. I drove into the service department garage and RYAN JORITZ met me at my vehicle. We went in to his desk, he brought up the service list for my v I drove into the service department garage and RYAN JORITZ met me at my vehicle. We went in to his desk, he brought up the service list for my vehicle, we discussed everything and I agreed to all of it...oil change, fluids checked and topped off, tires rotated and pressures checked and brakes checked...all included in the multi-point inspection. After everything was finished, we discussed the whole list again. Ryan is fabulous...and I know that nothing will ever be overlooked. He is still a great asset to Bettenhausen and to everyone looking for vehicle service. In addition to the above...my vehicle was washed, vacuumed and the windows were cleaned inside and out ( I can see through the windows again). Thank you to the persons who accomplished that. Factory ordered my Durango. Mike Kass is great salesperson who thoroughly explained everything during the order process and awaiting the vehicle.
