Always receive great service here. Very friendly. The lady who waited on me was very nice. Even tho Covid is not as bad as it was, finally it was nice to see spaced seating so we were Very friendly. It was really nice to work with one person from start to finish. Typically there is a sales person, then a manager or a closer, then the F&I person runs you through the meat grinder. There was also no deale finish. Typically there is a sales person, then a manager or a closer, then the F&I person runs you through the meat grinder. There was also no dealer mark up and no games. It was very transparent. A year ago I bought a vehicle for my wife at a different Chrysler dealer and it seemed very shady. Numbers and interest rate were always changing with one excuse or another. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

The service Department is AWESOME! Ryan my service advisor should be the standard to which all other advisors are measured against. He listened and repeated back every thing I told him Ryan my service advisor should be the standard to which all other advisors are measured against. He listened and repeated back every thing I told him while logging it all into his computer giving me deep sense of "being Heard". He kept me informed of the progress of my repairs and went "above and beyond" when a secondary issue arose after the initial repair. Bettenhausen has the service department down and Ryan makes them shine! More
