Worked with Tom Pandell. What they do at Bettenhausen is different than other dealerships. When we sat and talked with Tom, he showed us all the numbers on his computer and w What they do at Bettenhausen is different than other dealerships. When we sat and talked with Tom, he showed us all the numbers on his computer and we even worked out a warranty with him at his desk so it wasnt like we had to deal with him, a manager then the finance person. We did everything with Tom, it cut out hours of time and we did not get the pushy feeling. We talked he printed out what we talked about and it allowed me to go home and think about it looking at the numbers clearly. We wnet back 3 days later and bought the van, we were in and out on about 30 mins. More
