As usual, an all around professional and kind experience at Bettenhausen. I took my Wrangler in for an oil change and had great service from start to finish. Jackie took care of me like family and made su at Bettenhausen. I took my Wrangler in for an oil change and had great service from start to finish. Jackie took care of me like family and made sure I was kept up to date with some potential issues the mechanics found and then explained my options to make sure I understood those potential future issues and Bettenhausen’s concern to make sure my Wrangler was kept in tip top shape for my safety. While I waited in the clean and comfortable waiting area, Ryan Scarpelli took the time to answer all my questions in regards to my future vehicle upgrades at Bettenhausen. Special thanks to Troy B for his impromptu assistance and his obvious leadership in making sure all parts of the system are aimed at top quality and customer satisfaction. More
