After a very difficult night at an other dealer I feeling very bitter about the car dealer industry. I knew what I wanted so I reluctantly started my search again. Through cars.com I came across the Durango I was searching for at Bettenhausen. I sent an email inquiry late in the evening. First thing in the morning I received a reply from Sunshine. There was a very different tone to the email that I have never experienced. Helpful, not pushy... she asked me questions to better understand what I was looking for. We emailed back and fourth a few times and she came back with my one price offer! I was shocked... no one has ever been willing to work through email like this. This was huge for me because of my busy schedule. I called that night to Starr the credit process (Mike was very helpful). By the next morning Sunshine contacted me with the final payment details. I left work that evening for the dealership. When I arrived I noticed that the place was clean and bright (way better then the hole was in the previous night). I was pleasantly greeted by Crissy and then Sunshine. We took a look at the truck and then started the paperwork. This was the easiest transaction ever! All the numbers matched what we discussed and I was done in an hour. During that time we had fun too... laughing and talking about cars and family. I could tell that they really enjoyed their jobs. They also offered free delivery of the truck to my house so I didn't have to come back to get my other car! This was huge since I live 75 miles away. If you need a car this is the place to go!
