My wife and I were shopping for a new vehicle. We were very interested in the 2011 Jeep grand Cherokee. We know of Bettenhausen's reputation as a no haggle, one low price dealership so we knew thats where very interested in the 2011 Jeep grand Cherokee. I have purchased Dodge vehicles from them in the past and the experience is always an enjoyable one. They have a knowledgable staff of salaried sales managers (no car salesman here!!) who will answer any questions you may have, and are extremely helpful. Their vehicle selection is immense, there are many varieties of vehicles to choose from. All in all , this purchase experience has further solidified my stance that I will ONLY purchase vehicles from Bettenhausen Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Fiat in the future. Oh, and Chrysler vehicles have really stepped their game up in the last two years :)!! More

The no haggle pricing should not be something that steers people away from Bettenhausen. Based on my research and negotiating with other dealers for the same vehicle I purchased at Bettenhausen, the price I paid could not be matched by anyone else. Plus it's certified used, which only adds to the life of the standard warrant and not to forget the comfort level you'll get. Plus certified used vehicles allow the buyer to recieve a huge discount on extended warranty packages. Not only did I walk out of there feeling completely satisfied, they told me to bring in my vehicle so that any scratches and dents could be corrected, which they were. They even gave us a loaner while this was being done. And can't forget the free oil changes for 3 years at the dealership. Thanks Bettenhausen and don't change a thing! More

We were in the process of looking at a couple of vehicles. We stopped at Bettenhausen Dodge and our sale person was Gabriel Baron. He asked what type of vehicle that we were interested in. He showed us the vehicles that he had in stock that were new and used. Gabriel was very polite and helpful. I felt trust when they handed me the keys and said go for a test drive. I been to many dealers and it feels good not to be babysat with the salesman in the car. We drove the car and it was what we wanted. When we got back to the dealership we asked price and other options. We left a small deposit and told Gabriel that we had a couple of othe vehicles still in mind. I went to a couple of other Dealerships and then it was babysitting time for my wife and I when we took a vehicle for a test drive. When I asked about prices of the vehicle with certain options it was a run around. Trying to leave was like an interrogation. I'm very pleased with Bettenhausen Dodge for the time that they gave me for looking at vehicles. I will return for future vehicles and will tell my friends and family. More

I didn't believe in buying a car without haggling price until now. Their price was lower than prices I spent hours haggling with other dealerships. Second, the financing was easy and straight forward. They gave us the best interest rate the first time, unlike the other dealers that kept coming back lowering the interest/payment. Third, everyone from the higher ups down to the porters were happy to help with a friendly attitude. Forth, no pressure to purchase a vehicle. I will never shop anywhere else other than Bettenhausen Dodge. More
