When I decided it was time to consider purchasing a replacement (pre-owned)vehicle, it was logical to return to the same dealership from where I had previously purchased a mini van and helped my daught replacement (pre-owned)vehicle, it was logical to return to the same dealership from where I had previously purchased a mini van and helped my daughter purchase her first car. I have found the sales team to be very friendly and they have taken the dread out of shopping for a different car. I particularly like their "One Price" policy, which eliminates my need to try to haggle for a better price. When I first met Mike Stamp he asked me several questions to help me know better what kind of vehicle would best suit my needs. Within a few minutes minutes, he developed a very customer-friendly rapport with me and showed me what would not only fit my wallet but would also fit my taste. While he patiently answered all my questions it became apparent to me he was not just trying to sell me a car but was trying to help me find what I was wanting. I strongly recommend Bettenhausen to others who are interested in used automobiles and also new Chrysler-Dodge products. I have also been very pleased with the honesty, integrity, and dependability of the service department. They say what they mean in terms I can understand what they say, and then they fulfill their promises... usually at a very competitive cost to me. I also find it customer-friendly that they offer to wash my car at no extra cost when the repairs or service has been completed. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted warmly and Bill got right to work for us. A few minutes later we were signing papers and walking out the door. The thing that impressed me the most was the transparency of the whole deal. Bill immediately went to work on my behalf and since I wasn't completely sure which model we would eventually purchase if any we started the process with the Wrangler then the Compass, on to the Patriot, and last but not least the Grand Cherokee which after driving it we found our next vehicle. During the entire process Bill displayed amazing patience and spent many hours with me not to mention the emails and phone calls over a 4 week time frame I cant thank him or all the other employees enough they were all wonderful right down to the porters I know I wont even consider shopping any where else for my next vehicle it was painless and the best car buying experience I have had in a long time I can hardly wait until I need service so I can stop in and say hello to them they make you feel like family. When you walk into this dealership you will not be bombarded by salesmen or be completely ignored like some dealerships out there. Instead, you are greeted by a friendly receptionist who asks if you need any help. If so, you then greated by a salaried sales manager - no commissioned salesmen here. We worked with Dave Pijarowski. He was professional, knowledgable, courteous, and patient. We explained what we were looking for and ending up test driving three different Jeep Cherokees with varying options and one Jeep Wrangler. The best part of the test drives is that it was just my wife and I alone. That is right. Bettenhausen lets you take the test drive without the sales manager. Dave explained that it is part of the no pressure atmosphere at Bettenhausen and allows the customer to really scrutinize each vehicle without fear of a rebuttal from a saleman. It was great because my wife and I were able to talk openly about what we liked/disliked about each vehicle we drove. After the test drives, we told Dave exactly what we wanted and due to Bettenhausen's large inventory, he had the exact Jeep we wanted on the lot that day. Dave gave us the best deal I could find, and believe me, I looked. We are planning on purchasing our next vehicle from them within the next few months.
