I was in the market for a new Chrysler Jeep product and I came across Bettenhausen by chance. My buying experience included absolutely no pressure, no sales games and a pricing format that removed the typical negotiation that has always left me feeling uncomfortable while maintaining a price point that was competitive. I had some additional items added to my automobile so I found myself dealing with the service department, which can be a difficult experience. Was aware of Bettenhausen's "no-dicker" sticker pricing and was leary about the cost being good. After a lot of research, found the car I was looking for and they had it at the best price for the m pricing and was leary about the cost being good. The used cars in their inventory are in good shape and undergo a comprehensive inspection. i was impressed that the dealership put new tires and brake pads on the car before putting it out on the lot for sale. Jacque Baron provided all information to me quickly and clearly, I never felt like I was being manipulated by him or the dealership, no "games". Very easy transaction, had several repairs to take care of after the purchase, detailing matters that we agreed to fix (minor scratches/ small dings). These were done, no charge or problems.
