I originally visited Bettenhausen Dodge because they are located only 2 blocks or so from my church. Not only was Tom a delight to speak with, he wentout of his way to answer my questions, show me what I asked about, make suggestions, and helped me know what my options were. He selflessly went out of his way to make sure I understood the differences in the cars I was considering, what my financing considerations were, and how each compared against one another. In short, when I made my decision, I felt like I was working with an individual looking out for my best interests. Not only was I sold a car, I was sold on Bettenhausen and the way their team is prepared to help their customers. There were no hassles whatsoever. It wa a positive experience in every way. We initially visited Bettenhausen looking for a used Jeep for our soon-to-be 16-year-old daughter. We looked at a great used Liberty, but weren't quite ready to buy. We did a fair bit of looking around, but the prices at Bettenhausen seemed the best. Nick kept in touch with us, but was never pushy - which went a long way in us returning to him later. A month or so later, when we were ready to buy, the used Jeep we had liked was no longer available. Nick found a couple of others for us to look at, but we ended up buying a brand new Liberty -- the prices couldn't be beat. We were told the price, the interest rate and the payment - it didn't change - and we never had to wait for Nick to "talk to his manager." There was no run-around and no pressure. Nick went out of his way to store the car for us until our daughter's birthday, deliver the car personally on her birthday, and he even brought along a balloon bouquet to tie to the car! She was super surprised and we couldn't have been happier with our entire experience. From the girls at the front desk, to our experience with Nick -- we have no complaints.
