As I explained to Barb during our conversation that my past history with Bettenhausen was the deciding factor to purchase another vehicle with them. The entire company, from the porter that assisted me with my license plates to the staff that welcomed me when I walked in, I always felt welcomed, and at home at this dealership. I also would like to add that this was the first time at the Orland Park location and I was very inpressed by everything at this location. I really like the fact that I can choose to go to either the Tinley Park or Orland Park locations for service. I really want to thank Barb for treating me more like a friend than a customer. I had been searching the internet for a used mustang for several months. I was being kind of picky with what I wanted so was needing to look in a wide radius from Kansas City. I found the mustang with the features I was wanting at Bettenhausen. From my first interaction with them to the last was a pleasant experinece. Not common when shopping for a car. I flew in and they picked me up at the airport, the car was as advertised and at a fair price. Mike Stamp was a wonderful host, made arrangement from the airport to their lot. It was nice to know what the price was before I arrived, that it was fair and that allowed me to enjoy the buying experience. They even made sure I got a free burger they were cooking at a function that weekend. I would recommend Bettenhausen to anyone out of town, even if you have to fly in. More

I went to Bettenhausen to trade in my van and to look for a used vehicle. Mike Stamp was very helpful. This is my 3rd (and last) new car. My last car I bought new in 1993. Bill Smith was great. No surprises except I was looking for a used car, and he was able to get me a new one with a great apr, and kept m new in 1993. Bill Smith was great. I had been considering looking for a new family car for some time and stopped at Bettenhausen on a rainy Wednesday evening in April on an whim to check out the new Durango and Charger. Besides the "one price" approach, which I appreciated very much, my salesman, Scott Abramowicz, was outstanding. He asked what my automotive needs were, answered my questions and pulled up vehicles for a test drive. I told him I wasn't going to be ready to make a move until June, but I was never pressured to get a deal done immediately. When I returned several weeks later (after a lot of thought, I decided to go with the Charger), I stopped in and asked to see Scott. He remembered my name right away as well as the vehicles I had driven. I told him what options, etc. I was looking for, and he found vehicles that were close. He didn't try to upsell anything or get me to buy anything other than what I had expressed interest in. Most importantly, he came back with fair and reasonable offers for my trade-ins (not necessarily top-dollar, but certainly not lowball, either), which allowed me to feel confident that I was making a decent deal. During the price discussion, he clearly and separately showed what I would be paying for the car he was selling, then what he would be paying for my trades, and how he arrived at the bottom line (as opposed to coming back with a payment amount with no disussion of interest rate, trade in value, etc. like most of the other dealers have done when I have purchased new vehicles in the past). He also printed the pricing breakdown and allowed me to take it home to consider without being rushed. As a result, I feel like I got a very good deal, and I don't wonder whether I left a significant amount of money on the table, either in terms of the cost of the new vehicle or what I received for my trade-ins. I would recommend this dealer as well as Scott very highly (it also doesn't hurt that Dodge is making some very good products right now). More
