Horrible experience. Better Business Bureau and Internal Revenue Service are being contacted about their dealings. Was quoted a price on a car with a trade-in offer and pirnted copy of the offer. I said that I would think it over and be back later in the day. When I returned, the price was now higher, the trade-in offer was lowered and different extras appeared at different prices. Called for a manager who was as offensive and indignant as the salesman. BBB will have alook as well as how they can quote prices on poper printouts and then refute the prices. I will not even let my dog visit their tires there now. More

The thing that seems to set Bettenhausen apart is that they do not merely aim to make the customers happy; They strive to keep their customers happy. Every single employee goes out of their way to make everything as easy as possible. Nick Nowak, their Used Car Director, was particularly wonderful and accommodating. After purchasing my Fiat, I noticed a minor defect in a lever. I called Bettenhausen, and they immediately set me up with a time and day to bring it in to their Fiat location in Tinley Park. I test drove thier Grand Caravan R/T (Silver) but it was not the color we wanted, so Nick purchased the Gray model from another dealership. I still couldn't make up my mind because I haven't seen the blue. So Nick went and purchased the blue from another dealer! I went to the dealership on Nick's day off to compare the Blue and Gray models, side-by-side. This is where Kyle helped out...waiting and chatting with me while I gazed at both for about a 1/2 hour! Came to the dealership to replace a Malibu that I have been having probelms with for months. Nick was very friendly and showed me an Avenger.
