Brought my car in for A/C service. The compressor went out & had to wait three days for the part. The service writer was very apologetic about the delay in getting the part, but sometimes it happens t out & had to wait three days for the part. While my car was in, it was discovered that the suspension needed some work as well. The suspension was repaired, oil was changed, a new a/c compressor was installed, and the car was washed and ready to go. They made arrangements for me to have a rental during the repair period. I don't know why I would ever go anywhere else to have my car repaired. The technicians are very professional and repair your vehicle as if it were their own. The service writers are also very knowledgeable and are at the ready to help you get your repaired as necessary. I am extremely happy with the service department at Bettenhausen where I have been a customer since 1995! More
