Bettenhausen Chrysler Jeep in Orland Park is absolutely amazing!!! We went in to purchase a new vehicle and received the most unbelievably awesome service from Don Peterson and Jose Silva. We test drove 3 vehicles before finding our perfect fit and they were more than willing to keep going if we needed to. With every request they didn't hesitate to make us happy. What a wonderful feeling to have dealt with such amazing people. All of the employees present that day were so friendly and accomodating as well. The dealership itself was very inviting and they offered us lunch also. Don Peterson is the most caring individual we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We would go back to him in a heartbeat and we will most definitely be referring him to our family and friends. Jose Silva was very personable and attentive to our needs. After the final papers were signed, Jose explained all of the features of our new vehicle to us and made it a point to show us around the dealership so that we would know where to go when we need to come in for service.
