Horrible experience. Better Business Bureau and Internal Revenue Service are being contacted about their dealings. Was quoted a price on a car with a trade-in offer and pirnted copy of the offer. I said tha Revenue Service are being contacted about their dealings. Was quoted a price on a car with a trade-in offer and pirnted copy of the offer. I said that I would think it over and be back later in the day. When I returned, the price was now higher, the trade-in offer was lowered and different extras appeared at different prices. Called for a manager who was as offensive and indignant as the salesman. BBB will have alook as well as how they can quote prices on poper printouts and then refute the prices. I will not even let my dog visit their tires there now. More

The trade in our our old minivan was more than fair and they even let us test drive a new minivan for a few days to make sure it was what we wanted. I'm so pleased with the entire experience and how nice it was to deal with people that are smart, respectful and patient. We never felt any pressure. I recently purchased a new Fiat 500 from Bettenhausen Chrysler Jeep in Orland Park, and I've got to say that it was one of the best experiences of my life. Not only is the car absolutely perfect, but I never dreamed that anyone could have such a fantastic experience at a dealer. The thing that seems to set Bettenhausen apart is that they do not merely aim to make the customers happy; They strive to keep their customers happy. Every single employee goes out of their way to make everything as easy as possible. Nick Nowak, their Used Car Director, was particularly wonderful and accommodating. After purchasing my Fiat, I noticed a minor defect in a lever. I called Bettenhausen, and they immediately set me up with a time and day to bring it in to their Fiat location in Tinley Park. The car was fixed in less than an hour, and everybody there was more than considerate. Bottom Line: If you're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, go to Bettenhausen. You will be SO happy. And you'll stay that way-- they'll make sure of it. More
This was by far the most pain-free car transaction I've been involved with. From the moment I stepped in to the dealership, I encountered nothing but kind and helpful people, from top to bottom. Nick Pattenaude was my sales person and he was great. Answered all my questions and stuck with me (even though I was a pain in the ass!). I test drove thier Grand Caravan R/T (Silver) but it was not the color we wanted, so Nick purchased the Gray model from another dealership. I still couldn't make up my mind because I haven't seen the blue. So Nick went and purchased the blue from another dealer! I went to the dealership on Nick's day off to compare the Blue and Gray models, side-by-side. This is where Kyle helped out...waiting and chatting with me while I gazed at both for about a 1/2 hour! At the end of the all this, I decided to go with the Gray and my wife and I are extremely pleased. I would definitely recommend this dealership and already have. Thanks again, Dave More
