Never had to go to dealer car come to me. That was great I don't have a lot of time so I talked to mike Gatz told him what I wanted and he found me just that he came to my home with the car and I loved it t I don't have a lot of time so I talked to mike Gatz told him what I wanted and he found me just that he came to my home with the car and I loved it told him I wanted it and 2 days later he came back to my home and we signed all the paper work with out me having to go all the way to the dealer. He was so nice And so respectful that I know when I need another car I'm going to call him first More
Dave Carroll was friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. The sales price was acceptable but we were disappointed by the amount offered for our trade-in. We understood the reasoning, but were disappointed nonetheless. Further, I thought Dave and I had agreed to a trade price but then Sam came over to help Dave with the computer-- we had to repeat all our personal info for him to re-enter. Then Sam told us that he just couldn't give us the amount for the trade that my wife and I had thought Dave and I had agreed upon. It just seemed like a "wear them down then give them the bad news" type of tactic. The vehicle orientation and final inspection were a bit rushed because it was past 9:00 and everyone-- my wife and I, Dave, and the porters-- just wanted to go home. The final inspection was kind of tough because it was dark. As it turned out, we didn't see that a plastic part was missing from the seat anchor housing on the floor of the passenger seat until the next day. I called Dave and he got the part for me and snapped it on within minutes of us arriving. That's great service! Other than the "game" that Sam and Dave played on us, it was a decent car-buying experience. One last thing... I thought it was odd that the person I had made the appointment with (Alec Bettenhausen) was "tied up at the other location" and never showed up. More
I purchased my second vehicle from bettenhausen, after my parents and in laws. The no haggle and fair pricing are amazing. I owned my trade in for 7 years. However, I especially liked dealing with Jim Ralph because he has the "savvy & knowledge" of doing what is right for the customer(at least in the customer's mind, and isn't that all that counts?). He made us (my wife Sandy & I) feel most 'comfortable' and at ease during the whole shopping/purchase visit. AND, he followed up on some service issues which most run-of-the-mill sales reps don't do after they make the initial sale. Sandy and I are pleased with your Team. More
