I had the pleasure of dealing with a true salesmen when purchasing my brand new vehicle. The key to success in sales is customer service. He took his time with me and answered every question honestly. When I asked to see more cars, he walked me around. I didn't feel rushed at all. I purchased a 2012 Dodge Challenger R/T Plus (Blue Pearl paint) on August 11th from Bettenhausen Dodge. I worked with Nick P. Unlike other dealers, this dealership didn't try to nickle and dime me wit paint) on August 11th from Bettenhausen Dodge. I worked with Nick P. Unlike other dealers, this dealership didn't try to nickle and dime me with fees such as the Etching Sticker fee. The negotiation was relatively short in comparison with other experiences. It really helped that I went to the dealership knowing the price I was willing to pay for this particular Challenger and its options. The Challenger on the lot didn't have the wheels/tires I wanted, so they upgraded them for me (at a fair price). Fortunately, they were able to give me the stock 18" wheels/tires which I later sold on Craigslist. The only downside was that the new vehicle had over 200 miles on it. However, Nick was able to work out something for me. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase and Bettenhausen Dodge. Eddie August 2012 More
